1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Your order
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Some of our products are made by hand to order, so a small number of items may be marked as taking longer to dispatch; the product page tells you if that applies.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are added at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout page. Please pay within 7 days of ordering; unpaid orders may be cancelled.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship from our workshop to addresses in the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer around public holidays. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
5. Returns, refunds and your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the UK you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Contact us within that period, then send the goods back unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price of the goods and the standard outward shipping cost within 14 days of receiving them back.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless the item was faulty or not as described.
On top of this legal right, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the full process.
6. Handmade variation
Our products are made by hand from natural materials. Small differences in colour, weave, grain and size are normal and are part of what makes each piece individual. Where a product is made to order, measurements given on the product page are approximate.
7. Our liability
We are liable for damage caused by us as required by law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes or extreme weather.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [TO BE COMPLETED: country of establishment]. This does not take away any consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
