How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the workshop within 2–3 business days. Delivery inside the UK usually takes 5–12 business days, and shipping is free on orders over £120.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Most of our wall pieces can be woven to size. Tell us the dimensions and the colours you have in mind, and we will confirm price and lead time before you order.
Do you sell wholesale or to interior designers?
We work with a small number of stockists and interior projects. Send us your shop name, website and the quantities you are considering.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and UK customers also have the statutory 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Are the colours exactly as shown?
Our pieces are handwoven from natural fibres and plant-dyed, so slight variation in tone and weave is normal. We photograph every batch, but no two pieces are identical.
