We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, tell us and we will sort it out.
Your legal right to cancel (UK)
If you are a consumer in the UK you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Contact us within those 14 days; you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund the price of the goods and the standard outward shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your notice.
Our 30-day return window
On top of the legal minimum, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This does not limit your legal rights.
How to return an item
- Contact us with your order number and tell us what you would like to return.
- We reply with the return address and any instructions.
- Send the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging, and keep the tracking receipt.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and we have checked it, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Where you exercise your right to cancel, we also refund the standard outward shipping cost. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Items we cannot take back
Made-to-order and personalised pieces, and items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery. Handmade variation in colour, weave and size is not a fault.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including the shipping cost.
