Shipping
Orders are dispatched from our workshop within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery to the UK takes 5–12 business days. Free shipping on orders over £120.
Import charges: orders below £135 are not subject to UK import duty under current UK rules. Any charges that do apply are payable by the customer on delivery.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue the correct return address.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
